Carmine Beauty Box - Part 2

Hey Guys, So here is a quick review on the Daniel Sandler Eyeshadow in Peach from my Carmine Beauty Box.

I really liked the colour of this eyeshadow and its pegmentation was perfect it lasted all day and evening on my eyelids without using a primer (I did use a concealer) Sorry overall I give this a thumbs up! Would I pay over £10 for it? (The rrp price) I dont think so. Altho it stays on long and the colour is gorgeous I dont think it has much over any other eyeshadow at a cheaper price.

Carmine Beauty Box Product Reviews - Part 1

So as promised but a few hrs late! lol Here is my reviews so far of my Carmine Beauty Box Products.

First up is the Balance Me Super Moisturising Hand Cream which was a trial size of 30ml. Nothing special with the packaging abit boring really as I like pretty packaging. This hand cream is 98.8% natural and has not been tested on animals which is great! I didnt like the smell of this hand cream I found it very overpowering and it smelt quite surgical to me but as it says on the tin it is super moisturising! Only a very small amount is needed otherwise it does make you hands very greasy.
Final Verdict: I wouldnt buy this product, I didnt find it very special at all! Sorry Balance Me :(

Next up is the Caudalie Pairs Vinosource Quenching Sorbet-Creme, wow thats a mouthfull! 

This also was a trial size product at 10ml. The smell is very gentle which is good and the cream glides on the skin nice and easy and doesnt leave you skin greasy at all but does leave your face feeling perfectly moisturised. 

Final Verdict: I think this is on my "Must Buy" List as this is perfect for my skin (My skin type is normal)

Next is the full size 9ml Nail Repair in Natural by Trind. Another great product from the box. This made my nails feel so strong and also filled any ridges. I really noticed a mega improvement in my nails, im so happy with this product and will definately be buying once its run out!

I will be reviewing the other 2 products withing the next couple of days so dont forget to check back!

I've been keeping a secret......

Sorry!! I have been keeping a secret from u all! I have been carrying on with my Weight Watchers & the Jimpness pills but didnt want to let u all know as it would put more pressure on me to try even harder and I would have just quit! lol So anyways I weighed myself today in boots and I am now... (drum roll please) .......... 10st8lbs!!!!!! I have lost 9lbs in 2 weeks!! How amazing is that! I am actually feeling really sexy and very proud of myself!! It seems like Jimpness may have helped. Gooooooo me!!

NOTD!

Hey All!! Just sharing with you my NOTD which is a Collection 2000 polish in a bright pink shade. Its a polish that I have had lying around for awhile so now cannot even see the name of the shade, but here is a pic anyway! This is probably my all time favourtie colour.

Last nights dinner.... mmmmmmm

HAVE to share this recipe with you! Gosh it was sooooo scrummy!! I had some Lamb left over from my Sunday Roast and didnt know what to do with it so I made a Spanish Hotpot! It was lush and my boyfriend and I absolutely loved it!! Sooo anyways...... here is the recipe, let me know if u try it! xxxxxxxxx

Serves: 4

Prep Time: 20mins

Cooking Time: 30mins

Total Time: 50mins

   Ingredients

• 1 onion
• 1 red pepper
• 5 sprigs of thyme
• 500g diced lamb (or pork if you prefer)
• ½ pack of chorizo slices
• 1 small jar olives
• 250g new potatoes
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tin of chopped tomatoes

Method

1. Fry lamb in a pan, until cooked.
2. Parboil new potatoes for 20 minutes
3. Add garlic, onion and peppers to the pan and fry until soft.
4. Add the chopped chorizo slices and olives to the pan.
5. Add tin of tomatoes, half a cup of water, the potatoes and 5 sprigs of thyme and leave to simmer.
6. Cover and leave on the heat for 30 minutes.

Hiya every1, hope ur all happy and well :-)

Not long until Christmas!! I absolutely love Christmas and was even playing xmas songs yesterday!... quietly tho so know 1 thought I was too strange! lol Is anybody else out there as excited as me???

Decided to take the Boots No7 Betty Blues off as it was just 2 dark 4 me I still have some blue on my nails where it just wouldnt come off! Even tried soaking my nails in some Sally Hansen! This Varnish is definately going in the bin :-(

As most of u know my boyfriend is taking part in "Movember" and raising money for Prostate Cancer I love helping out charities or any1, so to do my bit I have registered to be a blood doner.. eeeekkkk!!! I feel really proud of myself tho. If any of you guys like the idea of helping out by just giving blood then click here!

Yes its here!!!! My Carmine Beauty Box has arrived and I am sooooo happy!! I will be writing reviews on the actual products inside as I try each one!

The packaging - I love the little black box, very sexy! If I had to be picky id say its not very easy 2 open the lid but ur not paying for the little black box but whats inside!

Once opened its even more sexy, all wrapped with tissue paper and a little bow, it feels like christmas!!

On top of the tissue paper you receive a Carmine Card which details all the products in your box, what they are used for and also discount codes for purchasing the products. 

So in my box I received

- Daniel Sandlers Eye Delight in Peach (Full Size) which retails at around £11 this eyeshadow can be applied wet or dry, cannot wait to give this a try and let u know my thoughts!

-  Frat Boy All-in-one Shadow/blush (Full Size) which retails around £17 so just this product is worth more than your subscription! This is so cute! The box even has its own little mirror in the lid.

- Trind Nail Repair Natural (Full Size) which retails around £13 so you really are getting a bargain out of this subscription! 

- Caudalie Quenching Sorbet Cream (Trial Size) This is an intensive moisturising and smells gorgeous!!

- Balance Me Super Moisturising Hand Cream (Trial Size)

So for a quick review so far...

Pros - Sexy Box, Great looking items, Nice amount of items, price of items covers the price of the box!!

Cons - Box is hard to open

So all in all I think this box is a MUST and such a bargain price
